★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale troppo spavaldo,ricordando che lavorano 3 ore del loro prezioso tempo al giorno, non essendo esaustivi nelle informazioni.
In più non rispondono alle chiamate,facendo gli scherzetti.
Mi spiego meglio,non posando il telefono al loro posto non arrivano chiamate.
Lasciando la cornetta del telefono fisso sganciata o meglio ancora appoggiata non del tutto,trucchetti da menti davvero geniali degni del personale autorizzato a lavorare in questo ufficio,così che provando a chiamare anche 5 giorni di fila la persona che chiama non ottiene nessuna risposta.
Dando sempre utente occupato o errore di chiamata a qualsiasi persona interessata ad un informazione.
Mentre mettiamo caso l’interesse e loro,chiamano anche col numero privato, con lo sconosciuto per capirci #31#
Che dire,esperienza PESSIMA è dire poco.
Staff too bold, remembering that they work 3 hours of their precious time a day, not being exhaustive in information.
Plus they don't answer calls, playing tricks.
Let me explain better, if I don't put the phone down in their place, no calls come in.
Leaving the landline phone off the hook or better still not fully supported, tricks from truly brilliant minds worthy of the staff authorized to work in this office, so that trying to call the person calling for 5 days in a row gets no answer.
Always giving busy user or call error to any person interested in an information.
While we take into account the interest and them, they also call with the private number, with the stranger to understand each other # 31 #
What can I say, BAD experience is an understatement.
