In risposta alle "motivazioni"sotto:
1) il catalogo è sul banco del negoziante. Le date DEVE evidenziarle al cliente..cosa non fatta.
2) il telefono lo ha chiuso lei anzi immagino lo abbia buttato sul bancone senza agganciarlo.
3) attivarsi pro cliente non presuppone frasi del tipo : ma lei che cosa vuole??" .
4) con certa gente dopo che crea disservizio e danno economico non ho tempo da sprecare al telefono.
5) va a ciape i rat !
They sell products that they no longer have after a few months. Say it first no .... carelessness and bad customer attitude
In response to the "reasons" below:
1) the catalog is on the shopkeeper's counter. The dates MUST show them to the customer..what not done.
2) she closed the phone, indeed I guess she threw it on the counter without hooking it up.

4) with some people after they create disservice and economic damage I don't have time to waste on the phone.
