A	A G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dare solo una stella ma stamattina nella sede del Centro commerciale Punta di Ferro di Forlì sono rimasta delusa dall' ottico, un ragazzo giovane che ha dimostrato di non voler perdere tempo per piccoli problemi. Sono andata a ritirare le lenti di mio marito e in questa occasione ho chiesto se poteva stringermi una vite ai miei occhiali. (Sono sempre stata cliente di Megavision di Ravenna). L' ottico ha trovato scuse abbastanza banali dicendo che non ha il laboratorio nel negozio e non ha attrezzi per stringere una vite ma che bisogna mandarli in laboratorio e che potrei spendere 25/30 euro, altra scusa : essendo un pò vecchi conveniva comprare occhiali nuovi. A Ravenna non hanno mai fatto questi discorsi, in 2 minuti mi hanno sempre risolto il problema senza costi. Continuerò a recarmi nella sede di Ravenna per futuri acquisti, lì trovo gentilezza e professionalità.
