A	Aldo Leonardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Prenotata la visita , all'ora fissata sono sul posto, ma....non mi fanno entrare per ...affollamento , per cui mi indicano di aspettare , stando in piedi , fuori dallo studio, vicino le scale al 6° piano per oltre 20 minuti. Mi chiedo, ma perchè non riescono a organizzare civilmente gli appuntamenti? o devo solo pensare che è solo una questione di ....più pazienti più denaro? Possibile che si arrivi a questo? Non vorrei crederci...ma non ho altre risposte !!! 2)Una volta entrato, mi introducono in una piccola stanza dove a sedere non vi era più posto ! 3) nel dubbio della visita prescritta, chiedo se mi faranno un trattamento con le gocce di Atropina....la risposta è affermativa, quindi io a casa devo tornarci in taxi perchè il trattamento impedisce una vista normale. Risposta dell'infermiera....io da paziente lo dovevo sapere... Io mi lamentavo delle strutture pubbliche....ma una cosa del genere mi è sconosciuta! Come definirla questa avventura. Non vorrei fare un richiamo all'Africa...gli africani si potrebbero offendere..... 1) After booking the visit, I am on site at the fixed time, but ... they don't let me in due to ... crowding, so they tell me to wait, standing outside the studio, near the stairs to the 6th floor for over 20 minutes. I wonder, but why can't they organize their appointments civilly? or should I just think it's just a question of .... more patients more money? Is it possible that it will come to this? I don't want to believe it ... but I have no other answers !!! 2) Once inside, they introduce me to a small room where there was no more room to sit! 3) in the doubt of the prescribed visit, I ask if they will give me a treatment with Atropine drops .... the answer is yes, so I have to go home by taxi because the treatment prevents normal vision. Nurse's answer ... as a patient I had to know ... I complained about public facilities .... but such a thing is unknown to me! How to define this adventure. I would not like to make a reminder of Africa ... Africans could be offended .....
