Qualche giorno fa le si è rotto lo splintaggio, ha iniziato a sentire i denti "ballare" ed ha prenotato una prima visita presso lo studio con l'idea di farsi sistemare l'urgenza e farsi mettere in cura. Il dottore l'ha rifiutata come paziente e le ha detto di tornare all'ospedale dove si è fatta fare lo splintaggio 5-6 anni fa in maniera estremamente scortese. Tra l'altro, una volta arrivata a casa, mia madre ha scoperto che il reparto di ortodonzia di Giussano, dove era in cura anni fa è chiuso da Aprile causa covid. Complimenti per la cortesia e per l'aiuto. Doctor Petit was really rude to my mother. A few days ago her splint broke, she began to feel her teeth "dancing" and booked a first visit to the studio with the idea of having the emergency fixed and treated. The doctor rejected her as a patient and told her to go back to the hospital where she had the splint done 5-6 years ago in an extremely rude manner. Among other things, once I got home, my mother discovered that the orthodontics department in Giussano, where she was being treated years ago, has been closed since April due to covid. Congratulations for your kindness and for your help.

I have known the center for 30 years. How many falsehoods full of spite in some (very few) reviews. Obviously the people who wrote them have never been there.

Capisco il problema del recupero crediti e lo condivido appieno, ma chiedere il pagamento del 100% di un lavoro che durerà 3-4 anni mi sembra un po fuori dal mondo! Ripeto, per la qualità delle cure si meriterebbero 10 Stelle! Excellent care, very kind people, but unfortunately lately they are adopting some exaggerated policies. I understand the problem of debt collection and I fully agree with it, but asking for 100% payment for a job that will last 3-4 years seems a bit out of this world to me! I repeat, for the quality of care they deserve 10 stars!
