Segretaria gentile e disponibile ma i tre dottori che mi hanno visitato, mi sono apparsi poco cordiali e poco comunicativi alle mie domande. Distanti e un po' pieni di se. Molto veloci nello sbrigarmi nonostante dopo di me non ci fosse nessuno. Se non avessi fatto domande non so che tipo di visita sarebbe stata. Rispetto a quando andai nel 2018, ho trovato sensibilmente calato il rapporto umano con il paziente. Un aspetto fondamentale in questo tipo di lavoro, c'è da lavorarci e migliorare. Un vero peccato perché si nota che il dott. Pascotto crede molto sulla qualità e l'immagine del centro. Center with state-of-the-art equipment, I have not been visited by Dr. Pascotto but I knew it. Kind and helpful secretary but the three doctors who visited me appeared to be unfriendly and uncommunicative to my questions. Distant and a little full of themselves. Very fast in hurrying despite the fact that there was no one after me. If I hadn't asked any questions I don't know what kind of visit it would have been. Compared to when I went in 2018, I found the human relationship with the patient significantly decreased. A fundamental aspect in this type of work is to work on it and improve. A real shame because it is noted that Dr. Pascotto strongly believes in the quality and image of the center.

Vista la mia parziale delusione per i dubbi che erano rimasti senza una risposta, sono stata contattata dal centro, sono ritornata e sono stata ricevuta dal Dott. Pascotto che ha risposto con la gentilezza e la professionalità che lo contraddistingue a tutte le mie domande. Come sempre il Centro Pascotto si contraddistingue per professionalità e serietà. Non a caso da anni i controlli per me e le mie figlie li effettuo presso questo centro, nonostante i tanti km da fare per raggiungerlo. Sono sicura che la nostra vista è in ottime mani. Gli esami sono stati svolti con attenzione, la visita con la Dottoressa svolta con chiarezza ed empatia. Diceva Giordano Bruno che l’amore parte dalla vista, che si migliora da Pascotto aggiungo. Lo studio è ampio, luminoso e ben arredato. Le dottoresse di oftalmologia sono molto competenti e mettono a proprio agio il paziente, spiegando passo dopo passo i vari esami che vengono eseguiti. Mi hanno fatto un check-up completo e hanno risposto ad ogni mio dubbio. Lo consiglio per professionalità e cura del paziente, oltre a grande pulizia e cortesia dello staff.
