Avrei dovuto fare una manicure e pedicure che si è limitata alla rimozione dello smalto che già avevo più una sommaria applicazione di un nuovo colore. Le unghie sono state limate sommariamente senza neanche la rimozione delle cuticole e lo smalto applicato alla belle e meglio con zone più chiare e altre più scure e non del tutto dritto alla base.
Nonostante abbia fatto notare che ho i talloni secchi e screpolate per loro sono bastate due strisciate di pietra pomice e applicazione di una crema come se questo risolvesse il problema. Inutile dire che lo smalto è stato messo male anche sui piedi non coprendo neanche l'intera unghia.
Tutto ciò anticipato da un loro ritardo di mezz'ora dove ho aspettato facendo nulla che finissero la cliente precedente e la non certezza che tutti gli strumenti usati fossero stati puliti, ad un certo punto ho visto comparire una lima già usata e consumata presa da un cassetto.
First experience with this beauty center and also last.
I was supposed to have a manicure and pedicure that was limited to removing the polish that I already had plus a rough application of a new color. The nails were summarily filed without even removing the cuticles and the polish applied to the beautiful and better with lighter areas and others darker and not quite straight at the base.
Although I pointed out that I have dry and cracked heels, it took just two strokes of pumice stone and application of a cream as if this solved the problem. It goes without saying that the nail polish was also badly put on the feet, not even covering the entire nail.
All this preceded by their delay of half an hour where I waited doing nothing to finish the previous customer and the uncertainty that all the tools used had been cleaned, at a certain point I saw a used and worn file appear taken from a drawer.
