★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale estremamanete maleducato, saccente e inappropriato col pubblico: questo "signore" in particolare non sa tenere una conversazione e RIAGGANCIA il telefono in faccia ai clienti. Richiesto e pagato 3 batterie di esami che non hanno completato e non mi hanno nemmeno informato. Non sono per nulla organizzati e non sanno minimamente interagire con i clienti. Molto male, comodo ma purtroppo da evitare!
Extremely rude, know-it-all and inappropriate staff with the public: this particular "gentleman" does not know how to hold a conversation and HANGS up the phone in the face of customers. Requested and paid for 3 sets of exams that they have not completed and have not even informed me. They are not organized at all and do not know how to interact with customers at all. Very bad, comfortable but unfortunately to be avoided!
