★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via telefono mi avete detto che i risultati sarebbero stati pronti in un giorno, io che avevo un urgenza mi sono affidato alle vostre parole, eppure sono passati 5 giorni ed io ancora non ho ricevuto alcun esito. Lucrare così ai tempi del Covid è veramente scandaloso. Nel vostro atteggiamento ho visto solo la necessità di incassare i 60 euro ignorando tutto il resto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Privacy zero alla reception devi dare i tuoi dati nella sala d'attesa dove tutti ascoltano il sangue esiti ieri in particolare con una signora bionda sui 50 anni di un arroganza e di una cafonaggine non indifferente sinceramente cercherei altro! Analiste è molto simpatica e brave,professionalità del dottor Fontana senza misura, ma la reception darei una bella revisionata!
Zero privacy at the reception you have to give your details in the waiting room where everyone listens to the blood results yesterday in particular with a blonde lady in her 50s of a not indifferent arrogance and boorishness I would sincerely look for more! Analyst is very nice and good, professionalism of Dr. Fontana without measure, but the reception would give a nice overhaul!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato a telefonare per una conferma di un appuntamento dopo aver contattato direttamente lo specialista di cui avevo bisogno. È sottinteso che se uno chiama ha bisogno di una valutazione e certamente non si diverte a telefonare. La signora mi ha risposto che mi avrebbe richiamata. Il giorno dopo non avendo ricevuto telefonata mi sono riattivata. Mi hanno bloccato il numero. Hanno risposto con un numero fisso. Osceni!
I tried to call for an appointment confirmation after contacting the specialist I needed directly. It goes without saying that if someone calls, they need an evaluation and certainly don't enjoy making calls. The lady replied that she would call me back. The next day, not having received a phone call, I reactivated. They blocked my number. They answered with a fixed number. Obscene!

Ecco perché: Abbiamo fissato e sostenuto 7 visite, e siamo stati ricevuti a tutte le stesse con un ritardo medio di più di 1 ora. Addirittura per 2 volte ci hanno telefonato 20 minuti prima che avrebbero avuto un ritardo di 1 ora che poi si è trasformato in 2 ore e mezza.
È veramente incredibile come possano succedere queste cose nel 2021 con tutta la preparazione e la tecnologia che abbiamo a disposizione.
Ovviamente, a malincuore, sconsiglio vivamente questo centro
I decided to rate this center with 1 star because it is the minimum allowed by Google.
Here's why: We scheduled and had 7 visits, and we were all received with an average delay of more than 1 hour. They even phoned us twice 20 minutes before they would have had a delay of 1 hour which then turned into 2 and a half hours.
It's truly amazing how these things can happen in 2021 with all the preparation and technology we have at our disposal.
Obviously, reluctantly, I strongly advise against this center

Estremamente puntuali, gentili e rispettosi di tutte le norme igieniche indispensabili in qualsiasi struttura sanitaria soprattutto in questo momento tanto delicato.
Nel giro di un'oretta e poco più, come anticipato, mi hanno inviato mail con fattura ed esito del tampone.
Brava l'infermiera che esegue materialmente i tamponi!!

Extremely punctual, kind and respectful of all the hygiene rules indispensable in any health facility, especially in this very delicate moment.
Within an hour and a little more, as anticipated, they sent me emails with an invoice and the result of the swab.
Brava the nurse who physically performs the tampons !!
