B	Bubu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata informata dell'esistenza di questo centro tramite degli amici (medici) che, sapendo della mia situazione, mi hanno consigliato di rivolgermi alla MaVit. Premetto che sono affetta da Idrosadenite Suppurativa(HS), una malattia cronica semisconosciuta in Italia(la vita è un inferno e, come in moltre altre situazioni, chi non prova non può capire). La dottoressa che mi ha visitato non ha fatto altro che sminuire la mia condizione, attribuendo la mia malattia a semplici peli incarniti, non sapeva neanche cosa fosse l'Idrosadenite Suppurativa (consiglio un ritorno sui libri ed un aggiornamento, la malattia fu scoperta nel 1833), sparando cifre assurde per il laser Alessandrite. Ho ripetuto più volte quale fosse il mio problema per spiegare ancor più chiaramente di non trovarmi lì per meri fini estetici. Annuiva in continuazione, però non stava né ascoltando né comunicando con me ma con il mio portafogli. Mi sono sentita presa in giro da una che se ne andava in giro col camice di Minnie. Piuttosto che tornare in un centro come il vostro mi faccio 500 km in auto, visto che non siete né gli unici né i più "competenti". Avevo prenotato un appuntamento nella speranza di trovare la causa e una soluzione allo sfogo che stavo e sto avendo sul viso, la dottoressa che mi ha “visitato” è la Dott.ssa Barbanera con cui innanzitutto non mi sono trovata a mio agio, sembrava non mi stesse ascoltando per non parlare del fatto che rispondeva ogni volta al telefono senza prestarmi attenzione, anche alla fine credevo non aspettasse altro che me ne andassi per poter riprendere il cellulare. Appena mi sono alzata dalla sedia (senza ancora uscire dalla stanza!!) è tornata a fare le sue cose al telefono, che mancanza di rispetto! Tralasciando ciò, le ho detto che il mio obiettivo era capire e agire sulla causa dello sfogo, non avevo bisogno che mi prescrivesse un detergente per lavarmi la faccia, due creme notte e giorno e un integratore, questo non è colpire la causa del problema ma prendere in giro! Per non parlare del fatto che mi ha dato l’impressione di non sapere cosa prescrivermi, è rimasta a fissare il foglio bianco per un bel po’ di tempo per poi tirare fuori un album con tutti i cataloghi di detergenti e creme. E	Elena Franzon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto questo centro alcuni anni fa, avevo una brutta dermatite che mi portavo avanti da molto tempo così ho avuto modo di conoscere la Dottoressa Vitolo con la quale mi sono trovata da subito benissimo, professionale come pochi, e grazie a lei ho risolto il problema, in seguito per curare la parte estetica ? ho avuto il piacere di conoscere la Dottoressa Alena (non ricordo il cognome) ed anche con lei si è creata una bella intesa, ogni volta che mi affido alle sue mani torno sempre a casa molto soddisfatta, per quanto mi riguarda lo consiglio vivamente ??? Ottima professionista e persona squisita. Sarà anche in ritardo, ma aspettare ne vale assolutamente la pena (una volta anche con me ha ampiamente superato l'ora di ritardo, ma per farsi perdonare mi offrirono un prosecco durante l'attesa ?). Io continuo a ritenerlo un ottimo centro e continuerò ad andarci, una volta provata la Vitolo non si torna più indietro. Vitolo…ho aspettato due mesi x un appuntamento x il controllo di un neo a mia figlia ..mia figlia aspetta più di un’ora in sala di attesa e avendo inoltre un appuntamento davanti a lei decide di andarsene x esigenze di lavoro (un’altra persona in sala di attesa fa come mia figlia )..mi dispiace perché la dott. Vitolo è una persona competente ma la mancanza di rispetto per gli altri mi manda in bestia ( non è cambiato niente in questi anni visto che le attese , tutte le volte che sono andata, sono sempre state lunghissime a volte anche più di due ore!! ) ma sono sempre continuata ad andare x la fiducia che riponevo in questa dottoressa…il mio compagno ha tolto un epitelioma sempre con la dott.Vitolo controlli e punti tolti non dalla stessa ma da altre dottoresse perché impegnata ..risultato finale ferita chiusa con 2 punti dentro dovuti ritogliere etc etc …credo proprio che non andrò più , trovo che il rispetto sia una forma di serietà che va di pari passo alle competenze ed alla fiducia che si ripone in un medico ….sconsigliato Let me start by saying that I am a person who has known this center for several years, both that of Ponsacco and even before the outpatient clinic that Dr. Vitolo ...
