★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato per nostra figlia un pacchetto di 10 lezioni per il suo compleanno. Frequentava il centro ippico da un anno con una certa regolarità. Dopo aver usufruito di 2 lezioni a lei regalato purtroppo le è stata rubata la borsa con la ricevuta dell'avvenuto pagamento. Quando si è presentata per spiegare l'accaduto chiedendo di continuare con le lezioni rimaste è stata trattata malissimo e non le è stato concesso di terminare le ultime 8 lezioni. Loro hanno detto che non potevano controllare tra le fatture. Dunque il regalo se lo sono tenuto loro. Bastava verificare sulla fattura la data e rilevare in agenda di quante lezioni avesse usufruito.
Non mi sento di consigliare questo centro in alcun modo mancando di serietà e professionalità. Non abbiamo parole e siamo molto dispiaciuti per la pessima esperienza.
For our daughter we bought a package of 10 lessons for her birthday. He had been attending the equestrian center for a year with some regularity. After having received 2 lessons given to her unfortunately, her purse was stolen with the receipt of the payment. When it is presented to explain what happened by asking to continue with the remaining classes was treated badly and she was not allowed to finish the last 8 lessons. They said they could not check between the bills. So gift if you are taking them. It was enough to check the date on the invoice and find in the diary how many lessons he had used.
I cannot recommend this center in any way without seriousness and professionalism. We have no words and we are very sorry for the bad experience.

L'edificio è rimasto cosi come lo hanno costruito.
Da vedere e frequentare assolutamente.

Prima volta a cavallo con la mia ragazza.
Arriviamo e l' istruttrice in modo piuttosto frettoloso esclama: "tu prendi quel cavallo..", "ok sali".
Da li 1 ora a fare su e giu dal cavallo senza neanche spiegare la tecnica del su e giu in sella.
Non ho capito nemmeno io cosa cavolo stavamo facendo, il perché di quella cosa, o quantomeno spiegare un attimo a cosa servisse quel tipo di tecnica, anche se immaginavo che fosse per far andar bene il cavallo ed accompagnarlo al trotto.
Più che pessima la definirei esperienza traumatizzante.
E non ero mai salito, pensa se avevo un po di esperienza.
Cambiamo scuola da subito.
Lo sconsiglio vivamente ai principianti.
Ci fosse zero stella l' avrei messa.
Bad experience.
First time riding with my girlfriend.
We arrive and the instructor in a rather hasty way exclaims: "you take that horse ..", "ok get on".
From there 1 hour to go up and down from the horse without even explaining the technique of up and down in the saddle.
I did not even understand what the hell we were doing, why of that thing, or at least explain for a moment what that type of technique was for, even if I imagined it was to make the horse do well and accompany him at the trot.
More than bad I would call it a traumatizing experience.
And I had never climbed, think if I had a bit of experience.
We change schools immediately.
I strongly advise against it for beginners.
There was zero star I would have put it.
