★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto al CIAU per vendere la mia auto dopo aver letto le recensioni positive e, soprattutto, aver saputo della campagna "non prendermi per il kilometro" con la quale cercavano di incuriosire ed informare a proposito della pessima "abitudine" di taroccare il chilometraggio delle vetture usate. Da parte loro ho sempre avuto il massimo supporto, un sacco di informazioni ed una grande disponibilità. Sono una bella azienda impegnata in uno sforzo non facile a non piegarsi ad abitudini truffaldine. Alla prossima!?

Dopo una trattativa avvenuta a distanza, e un video descrittivo del mezzo, ho capito che l'automobile corrispondeva esattamente a quanto promesso nell'inserzione, compreso il costo conveniente.
L'auto mi è stata consegnata in tempi brevi, Ciau si è occupata di tutte le pratiche, le condizioni dell'auto sono esattamente quelle descritte nell'annuncio.
Sabrina è disponibile gentile e professionale, anzi nei nostri confronti ha anche dimostrato una sensibilità e disponibilità che vanno oltre la vendita che comunque aveva già effettuato.
I was looking for a used car with certain characteristics and I came across an ad from them.
After a long distance negotiation, and a video describing the vehicle, I realized that the car corresponded exactly to what was promised in the advertisement, including the affordable cost.
The car was delivered to me in a short time, Ciau took care of all the paperwork, the conditions of the car are exactly those described in the announcement.
Sabrina is helpful, kind and professional, indeed she has also shown a sensitivity and availability towards us that go beyond the sale that she had already made.

Mi hanno seguito passo dopo passo nella vendita dell'auto e nel giro di poco hanno portato a termine la vendita. Le persone oneste e competenti sono merce rara e Ciau lo è. Un plauso a Sabrina che ha seguito tutto, persona super competente, diretta e molto simpatica che mi aggiornava costantemente su tutto quello che accadeva e una menzione ad Alfredo Belluci, per aver offerto a noi poveri automobilisti, un canale per vendere e comprare auto in tutta sicurezza. They followed me step by step in the sale of the car and in a short time they completed the sale. Honest and competent people are rare commodities and Ciau is. A praise to Sabrina who followed everything, super competent, direct and very nice person who constantly updated me on everything that was happening and a mention to Alfredo Belluci, for having offered us poor motorists a channel to sell and buy cars in all safety. I made the best choice to rely on them and will definitely do it again in the future. Thanks vote 10+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo messo la mia auto in vendita da privato.Mi contattavano varie agenzie di vendita tra privati però l unica che mi ispirava fiducia e stata "CIAU". Così ho fatto un contratto di vendita con loro. Tutto chiaro senza nessun inganno.Ho avuto a che fare con Sabrina, ragazza cordiale e molto simpatica.
Alla fine dopo qualche mese siamo riusciti a vendere la macchina.
Una piccola pecca però, una volta che si trova l acquirente rimarrete qualche giorno senza macchina e senza soldi. Però niente paura. Dopo la voltura verrà consegnata la macchina al nuovo acquirente e li avverrà il pagamento.
Motivo x cui ho messo 4 stelle

In the end, after a few months we managed to sell the car.
A small flaw, however, once you find the buyer you will be without a car or money for a few days. But don't worry. After the transfer, the machine will be delivered to the new buyer and the payment will be made.
