Il titolare si è dimostrato disponibile davvero professionale. I placed the order at the fixtures and safety center regarding the Fintral fixtures, I must say that they are proving to be an excellent product also for the assembly carried out in a perfect and timely manner. Niente rifiniture e ordine parzialmente errato. Altri mesi di attesa per sistemare le cornici...morale della favola abbiamo visto le nostre finestre dopo oltre un anno. Il prodotto e ottimo ma il rivenditore non è assolutamente all'altezza. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! Dobbiamo rifare le finestre anche nella zona giorno, prenderemo le stesse ma da rivenditori più competenti. Worst experience ever. Zero seriousness and professionalism. They carried out the editing several months late and managed to get nothing done. No finishing and partially wrong order. More months of waiting to fix the frames ... moral of the story we saw our windows after more than a year. The product is excellent but the dealer is absolutely not up to it. NOT RECOMMENDED! We have to redo the windows also in the living area, we will get the same ones but from more competent dealers.

Ordine fatto a Luglio 2019 (3 doppie finestre, 2 finestre singole) siamo arrivati a finire il lavoro a dicembre 2020. Semplicemente SCANDALOSO. Daniela la venditrice sempre cordiale e gentilissima, ha saputo vendere benissimo. Stefanini (il Titolare) una volta intascato il grosso anticipo si è preoccupato solo di farmi montare (a novembre 2019) le finestre senza nessuna cornice e rifinitura, siamo rimasti mesi e mesi, con i cassonetti delle tapparelle mezzi rotti nel montaggio e i muri scrostati con il silicone a vista. Quando venivano degli amici (o ospiti) a trovarci, io e mia moglie ci vergognavamo a fare vedere un lavoraccio fatto in quel modo. Dopo mesi (tanti mesi, e decine e decine di mail è telefonate) ci vengono a montare le cornici di finitura e a sistemare. Morale della favola, abbiamo preso finestre TOP di gamma (Finstral) e abbiamo ricevuto il peggior servizio di montaggio di sempre. Alla fine avevamo 3 maniglie graffiate, anche qui dopo decine di mail e telefonate la nostra odissea si è chiusa a dicembre 2020, con la sostituzione delle maniglie graffiate. Per dirla tutta (perché sono onesto) il titolare ci ha scontato 300€ dal saldo finale, sconto richiesto e preteso da noi ovviamente. Caro Stefanini non è con un piccolo sconto (su un totale di quasi 5000€) che ti potevi evitare questa recensione. Arrivederci A MAI PIÙ! Fixtures are something serious, very serious. Unfortunately you will find very little seriousness from this dealer. Order made in July 2019 (3 double windows, 2 single windows) we finished the job in December 2020. Simply SCANDAL. Daniela, the always friendly and very kind seller, has been able to sell very well. Stefanini (the Owner) once pocketed the large advance was only concerned with having me mount (in November 2019) the windows without any frame and finishing, we stayed months and months, with the shutter boxes half broken in the assembly and the peeling walls with visible silicone. When friends (or guests) came to visit us, my wife and I were ashamed to show a bad job done that way. After months (many months, and dozens and dozens of emails and phone calls) we come to assemble the finishing frames and fix them. Moral of the story, we took TOP of the range windows (Finstral) and received the worst fitting service ever. In the end we had 3 scratched handles, even here after dozens of emails and phone calls our odyssey ended in December 2020, with the replacement of the scratched handles. To be honest (because I'm honest) the owner discounted € 300 from the final balance, a discount requested and demanded by us of course. Dear Stefanini, it is not with a small discount (out of a total of almost 5000 €) that you could have avoided this review. See you NEVER AGAIN!

I montatori sono molto professionali e ben preparati per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Il titolare è sempre molto attento al cliente e a proporre più soluzioni e alternative per la riuscita del lavoro. Le impiegate sono sempre molto gentili e disponibili. Ottimi i prezzi. The owner is always very attentive to the customer and to propose more solutions and alternatives for the success of the work. The employees are always very kind and helpful. Excellent prices.
