I had a great time there. Professionalism, speed, friendliness and convenience. Furthermore there is great attention to the customer and consideration of his needs, compared to the local competition which turned out to be coarse and only interested in the wallet.

Ho chiamato e mi hanno detto di andare nel pomeriggio poi una volta li' mi hanno detto che avevano altre persone e che forse se il mattino dopo arrivavo alle 7:45..."forse" me lo avrebbero potuto fare...sono stata anche derisa nella loro autofficina solo perche' ho un po' insistito (poiche' mi avevano fatto andare apposta). Ma chi si credono di essere? Sono andata da un altro gommista che mi ha fatto tutto in 30 minuti e che di gentilezza e disponibilita' ne aveva da vendere.
Very bad experience. Unreliable. I called and they told me to go in the afternoon then once they told me they had other people and that maybe if I arrived at 7:45 am the next morning ... "maybe" they could have done it ... I was even mocked in their garage only because I insisted a bit (because they had made me go on purpose). But who do they think they are? I went to another tire shop that did everything to me in 30 minutes and had kindness and availability to sell.
