Primo giorno litigio fra due persone assistenti, una se ne và, il 2 giorno se ne và un'altra, quindi persone senza assistenza. Macchinari vecchi e maltenuti, pulizia inesistente. Pessimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Un controllo ASL indispensabile.
 Appointment at 8 in the morning, and they open at 8.30. No reception from the staff. First day quarrel between two assistants, one leaves, on the 2nd day another leaves, so people without assistance. Old and badly maintained machinery, non-existent cleaning. Bad from all points of view. An indispensable ASL check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il centro ginnico fisioterapico da anni si dedica alla cura dei pazienti con buon risultato sia curativo che assistenziale, la struttura è organizzata per effettuare le cure tradizionali e di nuova tecnologia con: tecar, pronexibus, horizontal, new health 9000, lorenz, ozono terapia, laser, ecc. ecc. in particolare le onde d'urto oltre usate dal dott. Pizzigallo in maniera appropiata ed effettuata con tecnica personalizzata ha ottenuto ottimi risultati, evitando un intervento chirurgico ormai divenuto essenziale per il mio caso. la struttura si serve di personale specializzato nella fisioterapia nella ginnastica di gruppo ed individuale e ultimamente anche con l'osteopata, molto bravo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo il 7 ottobre lo studio per prenotare una visita fisiatrica, l'operatrice mi informa che nel giro di una settimana mi avrebbero richiamato per informarmi della possibile data per l'appuntamento in quanto devono fare riferimento a un altro ente, dicendo che se dipendesse da loro avrebbero comunque disponibilità in tempi più brevi.
Dopo due settimane non ricevo nessuna chiamata, oggi richiamo per capire come mai non mi avessero richiamato dopo due settimane. L'operatrice di oggi con tono scocciato mi dice "signora lei ha prenotato il 7 ottobre, abbia un po' di pazienza perché ci vogliono 1/2 mesi, lei ha chiamato solo il 7, abbia un po' di pazienza".
A me va bene aspettare 1/2 mesi, va bene che mi sia data per errore un'informazione sbagliata, ma non mi va bene che mi venga detto di avere pazienza quando l'errore di comunicazione era di una collega, sarebbe bastato un semplice "mi dispiace per l'informazione sbagliata ma..."
Ritengo che l'educazione sia la base di tutto.
I call the office on 7 October to book a physiatric examination, the operator informs me that within a week they would call me back to inform me of the possible date for the appointment as they must refer to another institution, saying that if it depended on they would still have availability in shorter times.
After two weeks I do not receive any calls, today I call back to understand why they had not called me back after two weeks. Today's operator in an annoyed tone tells me "Madam, you have booked on 7 October, have a little patience because it takes 1/2 months, you only called on 7, have a little patience".
It's okay for me to wait 1/2 months, it's okay for me to be given incorrect information by mistake, but I'm not okay for being told to be patient when the communication error was from a colleague, a simple "I'm sorry for the wrong information but ..."
I believe that education is the basis of everything.

Il mio ringraziamento va’a lei operatrice davvero competente, efficiente e pure carina. Sono al secondo ciclo ed i risultati sono davvero soddisfacenti dopo la rottura dell’ulna e del radio.
