★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'appuntamento delle 16,30 mi sono presentato, per una visita (specialistica?), alle 16,20 perché a me piace essere puntuale anche perché ho rispetto di chi lavora.
La prima visita inizia alle 16,35, ma non ero io.
La seconda visita inizia alle 16,50, ma non ero io.
Chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene risposto che il prossimo sarei stato io.
Alle 17,05 finisce la seconda visita e fa entrare un'altra visita ripetendomi, che il prossimo sarebbe toccato a me.
Constatato l'assenza di serietà è professionalità, chiedo indietro l'impegnativa e vado via.
Considerato che mi sono mosso da Castellana Grotte per raggiungere il centro in Acquaviva già dalle 15,45 ho sprecato due ore abbondanti per una visita specialistica che, considerata tutto, mi consola il fatto che poteva essere di scarsa professionalità e serietà.
At the appointment at 4.30 pm I showed up for a (specialist?) Visit at 4:20 pm because I like to be punctual also because I have respect for those who work.
The first visit starts at 4.35pm, but it wasn't me.
The second visit starts at 4.50pm, but it wasn't me.
I ask for explanations and I am told that the next would be me.
At 5.05 pm the second visit ends and brings in another visit repeating to me that the next one would be my turn.
Noting the absence of seriousness and professionalism, I ask for the referral back and go away.
Considering that I moved from Castellana Grotte to reach the center in Acquaviva already from 3.45 pm, I wasted two hours on a specialist visit which, considered everything, consoles me that it could have been of lack of professionalism and seriousness.

Staff polite, courteous, professional and attentive to the needs of the patient. Comfortable and welcoming environment with spaces reserved for seats that require privacy. Presence of a physiotherapy gym and high-level technological equipment in support of manual treatments considered fundamental in the treatment path.

Il personale si presenta davvero gentile e cortese; molto professionale e attento alle esigenze/terapie del paziente. L'ambiente si presenta con spazi riservati durante i vari e diversi piani terapeutici. La presenza anche di una palestra permette trattamenti manuali mirati, al fine di ristabilire e ottenere al meglio il risultato del piano terapeutico della riabilitazione.

Physiotherapy center equipped with high-level therapeutic technological machinery. The staff is really kind and courteous; very professional and attentive to the patient's needs / therapies. The environment presents itself with reserved spaces during the various and different therapeutic plans. The presence of a gym also allows targeted manual treatments, in order to restore and obtain the best result of the rehabilitation therapeutic plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon centro Fisioterapico, si accede per fare la visita fisiatrica e poi si esegue la terapia nelle varie sale o palestra, dotate di ottima attrezzatura. All'ingresso c'è il misuratore automatico di temperatura, il gel per le mani e bisogna indossare la mascherina, quindi sono ben rispettate le norme di sicurezza anticovid. Un operatore, all'ingresso, svolge lavoro di accoglienza. Personale altamente qualificato con varie funzioni. Il clima che si respira in palestra è sereno e gioioso, in pratica si lavora e si fanno battute spiritose. I risultati finali sono molto positivi.
Good Physiotherapy center, is accessed to make the visit a physiatrist and then you perform therapy in different rooms or gym, equipped with great equipment. At the entrance there is the automatic temperature gauge, the gel on your hands and you have to wear the mask, so the anticovid safety standards are well respected. An operator, at the entrance, performs reception job. Highly qualified personnel with various functions. The climate that reigns in the gym is serene and joyful, in practice it works and you make jokes. The final results are very positive.
