Rispondo cordialmente che avevo risposto pur essendo impegnata, perché attendevo una telefonata dal mio medico e pensavo fosse lui e le dico, mentre mi parla di sopra, che cmq non ero interessata. La telefonista straniera mi risponde “MAH VAFFANCULO!!!” E pur conscia che la telefonata era ancora attiva, tanto che io le ho risposto che era una grandissima cafona e di andarci lei, ha continuato con le sue imprecazioni prima di bloccarmi in faccia.
Il rapporto col pubblico non è facile, ma non si può reagire così.
Complimenti x la professionalità... Non posso giudicare i vostri servizi, ma la presentazione è stata ottima!

Online Credit. I cordially reply that I answered while being busy, because I was waiting for a call from my doctor and I thought it was him and I tell her, while she is talking to me upstairs, that I was not interested in anyway. The foreign telephone operator answers "MAH VAFFANCULO !!!" And although she is aware that the call was still active, so much so that I answered that she was a great cafona and to go there, she continued with her curses before stopping in my face.
The relationship with the public is not easy, but one cannot react in this way.
