Telefonicamente COMUNICANO la possibilità di effettuare un semipermanente al prezzo di 15€,nonostante avessi specificato la mia preferenza previo appuntamento, in maniera del tutto autonoma mi stava per essere applicato il semipermanente da 25 €. Ebbene, ribadisco la scelta per quello da 15 € ma ad attendermi ci sono boccette di smalto semivuote al punto da rischiare il non completamento del lavoro. Un consiglio:Quantomeno fornitevi del materiale necessario . Non tornerò. Semi-permanent applied very badly with a lot of regrowth just done. L’esperienza e preparazione di Mariagrazia e delle sue ragazze sono una garanzia! Non manco mai di farmi coccolare un po’ da loro appena arrivata ad Ostuni. Da consigliare anche i loro massaggi, hanno un’ottima competenza anche sulla riflessologia plantare, cosa assolutamente non scontata per un centro estetico e che conferma la serietà del loro modo di lavorare. Consigliatissimo! Very nice and spotless beauty center. Familiar and extremely professional environment. The experience and preparation of Mariagrazia and her girls are a guarantee! I never fail to be pampered a little by them as soon as I arrive in Ostuni. Their massages are also recommended, they also have excellent expertise in plantar reflexology, which is absolutely not obvious for a beauty center and which confirms the seriousness of their way of working. Doriana è stata molto professionale e cordiale, peccato che per tornare da loro mi servono 10 h di viaggio essendo io della Lombardia, ma quando tornerò ad Ostuni sicuramente tornerò anche in questo centro estetico, pulitissimo e nel pieno rispetto delle normative anti covid. Infatti, sono ritornata il giorno dopo per un trattamento al viso con Silvana ed è stato amore infinito. Un’ora di coccole che hanno ringiovanito il mio viso di 10anni. Prodotti eccezionali e tanta professionalità, super consigliato! It was a thrilling experience. First experience with Maria Grazia who with her exceptional neck massage made me resurrect. In fact, I returned the next day for a facial with Silvana and it was infinite love. An hour of pampering that rejuvenated my face by 10 years. Exceptional products and a lot of professionalism, super recommended!

The salon also looked clean, and people nice and warm. Sadly, the manicure job wasn't so great. It looked pretty good at the glance, but when I left home and proper looked into the work I was really disappointed - the surface of gel wasn't even, the lines crooked and overall the nails were not done with precision. I'm attaching a picture of the manicure I've asked and the manicure I've received. I usually don't leave reviews but I wished I have seen this before booking my appointment.
