Premetto che non faccio MAI recensioni su internet ma in questo caso ne sento proprio il dovere. Ieri avevo l’appuntamento alle 18:45 per rimuovere lo smalto semi permanente e mettere lo smalto normale, niente da ridire sull’orario, ma il trattamento è stato pessimo. L’estetista mi ha fatto le mani per terra in sala d’attesa, si apriva la porta d’entrata in continuazione e per finire l’estetista non era per niente competente. Credevo mi stendesse lo smalto in una stanza ma sono rimasta lì insieme ad altre ragazze che aspettavano il proprio turno... sono uscita dal negozio completamente insoddisfatta e a disagio. Appena ho fatto presente il mio disagio l’estetista mi ha risposto male e mi ha tirato dietro la ricevuta. Infine il prezzo è stato troppo alto per il trattamento ricevuto.

I state that I NEVER do reviews on the internet but in this case I really feel the duty. Yesterday I had the appointment at 6:45 pm to remove the semi-permanent nail polish and put the normal nail polish, nothing to say about the time, but the treatment was very bad. The beautician made my hands on the floor in the waiting room, the entrance door opened continuously and finally the beautician was not at all competent. I thought I was laying the nail polish in a room but I stayed there with other girls waiting for their turn ... I left the shop completely unsatisfied and unhappy. As soon as I mentioned my discomfort, the beautician answered me badly and threw me the receipt. Finally the price was too high for the treatment received.

Le attese sono molto lunghe ed i trattamenti purtroppo non sono accurati, durante un trattamento ogni 10 minuti mi cambiava estetista con intervalli di inattività lunghissimi. Purtroppo le ho trovate molto disorganizzate, dovrebbero prendere meno appuntamenti e seguire meglio le clienti.
