Voglio raccontarvi la mia esperienza presso il "centro estetico la Grazia" ho prenotato per effettuare una black mask e una manicure, ma 3 minuti prima dell appuntamento mi veniva annullato poiché nell arrivare a destinazione, il traffico e i vari semafori mi rallentavano L arrivo di 7 minuti (premesso che 10 minuti di tolleranza sono inclusi a detta della titolare). In 25 anni di frequentazione di centri estetici mai successa una roba simile, per questo sconsiglio vivamente questo centro, pessima esperienza e perdita di tempo, assenza completa di professionalità. Avrei gradito una telefonata di scuse, nulla di ciò, L arroganza ha sorpassato L educazione ed il bon ton. Spero venga istituito un albo professionale, che dia delle guide su come salvaguardare il cliente. In città per fortuna ci sono altri centri che rispettano sia le regole sia il cliente. Questa recensione spero venga visualizzata per far si che certe attività smettano di esistere o quantomeno sia da insegnamento per la signora Antonella. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.
