Mi avete addirittura bloccata, non sapete chi sono, non mi avete chiesto nemmeno nome e cognome, si può sapere quali problemi avete? Io vengo di persona oggi a chiedere spiegazioni visto che all'inizio del mese mi ero messa già d'accordo su un eventuale trattamento. Siete normali o cosa??
