★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricevuto un buono massaggio in regalo per il mio compleanno. Partiamo subito male perché l'appuntamento può essere preso solo tramite mail, cosa che allunga di un sacco i tempi. La responsabile non si firma in maniera completa, ma solo come "Barbara C." o addirittura "B." (Molto poco professionale a mio avviso), si prende la libertà di darti del tu, di giudicarti e se provi a rispondere ti manda mail chilometriche dove ti risponde per le rime, senza alcun motivo. Decide lei quando fissare l'appuntamento e se tu non sei disponibile ti attacchi. In ultimo, gravissimo a mio parere, dopo averle dato il codice di sicurezza del coupon l'ha riscattato senza chiedermi niente e senza averlo effettivamente usato. Ho chiesto alla mia amica se riesce a farsi dare indietro i soldi. Truffatrice e arrogante. Impara l'educazione!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi poco professionali .Ho acquistato un pacchetto in questo centro e al momento della prenotazione mi è stato chiesto se fossi vaccinata al covid 19 altrimenti non avrei potuto usufruire del pacchetto. Ribadisco che ad oggi nessuna legge vieta ai centri estetici ecc l accesso senza green pass.
Bad unprofessional. I bought a package in this center and at the time of booking I was asked if I was vaccinated against covid 19 otherwise I would not have been able to take advantage of the package. I repeat that to date no law prohibits access to beauty centers, etc. without a green pass.
