Prenoto un appuntamento per le 17, ma a causa di traffico e mancanza di parcheggio arrivo alla struttura con 12 minuti di ritardo per sentirmi dire: "mi dispiace ma la sua prenotazione è stata annullata per ritardo". Ma stiamo scherzando?
Se fossi arrivato al gate di imbarco per un volo internazionale con tale ritardo avrei sicuramente ancora avuto accesso al volo, ma da H501 non sia mai, altrimenti perdono l'organizzazione e l'equilibrio intergalattico fra le costellazioni?. Ridicoli.
It is the first time in my life that such a thing happens to me. I book an appointment for 5 pm, but due to traffic and lack of parking I arrive at the hotel 12 minutes late to be told: "I'm sorry but your reservation was canceled due to delay". Are we joking?
If I had arrived at the boarding gate for an international flight with such a delay I would certainly still have had access to the flight, but from H501 it never will be, otherwise they lose the organization and the intergalactic balance between the constellations?. Ridiculous.
