★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo ammettere di aver apprezzato molto la professionalità di questo centro. A fronte di una mia recensione negativa (causa annullamento di un appuntamento due giorni prima, di cui poi mi è stata data una valida giustificazione), mi sono venuti incontro cercando di trovare una soluzione.
Mi scuso di nuovo per la mia recensione negativa, a tratti velenosa, perché totalmente non necessaria.
 I must admit that I greatly appreciated the professionalism of this center. In the face of my negative review (due to cancellation of an appointment two days before, which I was later given a valid justification), they came to me trying to find a solution.

Non adatto a tutte le tasche ma d'altronde, se offri un servizio di un certo livello, ti devi far pagare!

Beauty center with competent staff, clean and kind to the customer.
Not suitable for all budgets but on the other hand, if you offer a certain level of service, you have to get paid!

Ho acquistato un coupon su Groupon visto che sul sito è chiaramente specificato che si può riacquistare anche se se ne è già usufruito in passato, nonostante ciò quando ho prenotato al telefono l’ho fatto presente e mi è stato detto che non era un problema è mi è stato dato appuntamento. Il giorno dell’appuntamento mi è stato detto che non potevo usufruire del servizio perché lo avevo già fatto 3 anni fa. Quando ho detto che io avevo chiesto al telefono, la risposta è stata “probabilmente la ragazza era nuova e non lo sapeva”. E sul fatto che su Groupon c’è scritto che il coupon si può acquistare altre 9 volte mi è stato detto “quello è Groupon che lo scrive”

Absolutely not recommended. Disorganized and incompetent staff! I purchased a coupon on Groupon as it is clearly specified on the site that it can be redeemed even if you have already used it in the past, nevertheless when I booked over the phone I mentioned it and I was told that it was not a problem. I was given an appointment. On the day of the appointment I was told that I could not use the service because I had already done it 3 years ago. When I said I had asked on the phone, the answer was "probably the girl was new and didn't know". And about the fact that on Groupon it says that the coupon can be purchased 9 more times, I was told "that's Groupon who writes it"

veramente pulito , tutto il personale è molto professionale, gentile e puntuale a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e necessità; i macchinari
- personalmente sto facendo la pressoterapia con trattamento body slimming- di ultima generazione sono particolarmente efficaci. ...La tisana o un caffè a fine trattamento sono coccoleche non mancano mai!
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è imbattibile e i risultati tangibili.
The Girasole Aesthetic Center is extremely welcoming:

- personally I am doing pressotherapy with the latest generation body slimming treatment - they are particularly effective. ... The herbal tea or a coffee at the end of the treatment are pampering that never fails!
The value for money is unbeatable and the results are tangible.

Il persone è preparato e molto cordiale, i prodotti utilizzati di qualità e il centro estremamente rilassante e pulito. Da apprezzare particolare sono la cura dei dettagli e l’attenzione al cliente. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci torneremo sicuramente!
I went to the center to have a facial cleansing with my mother and we are fully satisfied with the treatment received. The people are knowledgeable and very friendly, the quality products used and the center extremely relaxing and clean. Particularly appreciated are the attention to detail and attention to the customer. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!
