La prima volta ci sono passata sopra e ho fissato l'appuntamento in un'altra data. Mi ero trovata bene perciò decido di ritornarci.. Oggi mi ricapita la stessa situazione di qualche mese fa, ovvero che nel momento in cui dico alla (penso) proprietaria, una ragazza di capelli rossi, che avevo appuntamento e che era la seconda volta che mi faceva fare giri a vuoto, la sua risposta è stata: l'appuntamento non è oggi e io non guardo sempre il telefono (scusa che cerca di darmi per giustificare la sua poca serietà). La prima volta poteva succedere e ci sono passata sopra, oggi è stata la seconda volta e di sicuro non ci sarà una terza. Ci vuole della serietà verso i clienti ma soprattutto umiltà almeno per chiedere scusa. ERA IL MINIMO!! The first time it could happen and I went over it, today it was the second time and for sure there won't be a third one. It takes seriousness towards the customers but above all humility at least to apologize. IT WAS THE MINIMUM !!
