La proprietaria si avvale di due collaboratrici che sembrano uscite ieri dalla scuola professionale. E quando ho chiesto una sostituzione della prima ragazza perché evidentemente inesperta (dopo neanche un minuti mi aveva asportato uno strato di pelle che normalmente non dovrebbe venir via con la ceretta! Ma era evidente che stesse usando poca cera e questo loro "professioniste" del mestiere dovrebbero saperlo!), la proprietaria con tono acido e polemico mi ha detto che come stava facendo la ragazza andava bene e che se avessi voluto altro personale avrei dovuto chiederlo al momento dell'appuntamento. Il che mi va bene, se solo avessi saputo che c'era gente incapace a lavorare. La depilazione cinque meno meno perché avevo chiesto un lavoro pulito e senza residui né di villo né di ceretta e naturalmente tutto questo non è avvenuto. Poca poca poca professionalità. Pessimo. Terrible. The prices have increased but the quality has decreased. The owner makes use of two collaborators who seem to have left the vocational school yesterday. And when I asked for a replacement of the first girl because she was obviously inexperienced (after less than a minute she had removed a layer of skin that normally should not come off with waxing! But it was evident that she was using little wax and this was their "professionals" of the trade they should know!), the owner with an acid and argumentative tone told me that as the girl was doing it was fine and that if I wanted more staff I would have to ask for it at the time of the appointment. Which is fine with me, if only I knew there were people unable to work. The hair removal five minus less because I had asked for a clean job without residue neither of villous nor of waxing and of course all this did not happen. Little little little professionalism. Terrible.
