Chiamo il centro estetico per avere una delucidazione e mi dicono che non è la prima volta che succede, che sono a conoscenza del problema (??) e mi spiegano come arrivare aggiungendo anche " si ma sbrigati però" come se la colpa del ritardo fosse la mia. Arrivo al centro, suono e mi lasciano in attesa. Dopo di me arriva una signora, suona e la fanno entrare dicendomi "due minuti e arriviamo": resto in attesa in mezzo al sole per oltre 15 minuti. Nel momento in cui suono per lamentarmi improvvisamente mi fanno entrare. Ma purtroppo non è stato buono neanche il servizio. Avevo le sopracciglia che non venivano fatte da 3 settimane, la signorina ha messo una striscia di ceretta sopra a ciascuna sopracciglia e due colpi di pinzetta ed esordisce con "finito", dopo un paio di minuti dall'inizio. Mi guardo allo specchio e noto che i peli erano ancora tutti li, le faccio notare la cosa, di nuovo due colpi di pinzetta e dice che ha finito. Mi guardo di nuovo e devo essere io a dirle dove fare la ceretta per togliere i peli che si vedevano chiaramente. Alla fine sentendomi presa in giro dopo l'ennesimo "finito" me ne sono andata, pagando 3 euro per un servizio inutile tanto che tornata a casa sono andata da un'altra estetista a farmele fare professionalmente. I had eyebrows that hadn't been done for 3 weeks, the young lady put a strip of wax over each eyebrow and two strokes of tweezers and starts with "finished" after a couple of minutes from the start. I look in the mirror and notice that the hairs were all still there, I point it out to her, again two tweezers and she says she's done. I look at myself again and I have to be the one to tell her where to wax to remove the hair that was clearly visible. In the end, feeling teased after yet another "finished", I left, paying 3 euros for a useless service, so much so that back home I went to another beautician to have them done professionally. Not recommended

Di solito lo porto anche fino a 3 settimane senza nessun problema, invece in questo caso dopo una settimana avevo diverse unghie rovinate, poi si sono spezzate quasi tutte . Peccato. Ragazza gentile ma forse ancora inesperta. I'm very sorry, but personally I'm not satisfied with the work done .. I did the semi-permanent, just finished visibly full of drippings. I usually take it up to 3 weeks without any problem, but in this case after a week I had several damaged nails, then almost all of them broke. Pity. Kind girl but perhaps still inexperienced.
