L'estetista, infatti, ha seguito quelli che, palesemente, erano i suoi gusti personali, che non incontravano assolutamente i miei. Mi dispiace, perché ero contenta di sostenere, nel mio piccolo, una nuova attività, ma non vi tornerò più.
I have been to this center only once and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed. They did not at all satisfy my requests regarding the waxing performed. The beautician, in fact, followed what, clearly, were his personal tastes, which absolutely did not meet mine. I'm sorry, because I was happy to support, in my small way, a new business, but I won't go back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo sono costretta a lasciare una sola stella poiché non ho ricevuto un buon servizio. Sono andata per una semplice ceretta, e sono rimasta molto delusa (se chiedo la ceretta in un determinato modo, non è giusto che chi vi lavora faccia di testa propria, andando contro quanto richiesto dalla cliente stessa). Come se non bastasse, è anche più caro rispetto ad altri centri, senza ricevere in cambio un servizio di qualità. Andrò altrove.
Unfortunately I am forced to leave only one star as I have not received good service. I went for a simple waxing, and I was very disappointed (if I ask for waxing in a certain way, it is not fair that those who work there do their own thing, going against what the client herself requested). As if that weren't enough, it is also more expensive than other centers, without receiving quality service in return. I will go elsewhere.
