★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manca l'insegna. Da fuori non sembra neppure un centro estetico ma un locale chiuso.
L’estetista è una persona gentile ma penso che non sappia maneggiare propriamente gli strumenti del suo lavoro.
Mi ha fatto un refill di corsa e con pochissima attenzione. Sembrava non riuscire a maneggiare il gel che quindi rimaneva continuamente appiccicato sulle sue/mie mani.
In generale la stanza in cui abbiamo fatto la procedura era poco pulita e gli strumenti non igienizzati. In un lavoro che richiede l’avere a che fare con le unghie mi sembra quantomeno non professionale.
Non commento l'ora e mezza di attesa nel freddo del locale perché non aveva ancora finito con la cliente precedente.
Il locale in sé non è in condizioni fantastiche e, come prima impressione, lascia parecchio sbigottiti.
In generale: qualità eguaglia il prezzo.

The beautician is a kind person but I think he doesn't know how to properly handle the tools of his work.
He gave me a refill in a hurry and with very little attention. He seemed unable to handle the gel which therefore remained continuously stuck on his / my hands.
In general, the room where we did the procedure was not very clean and the instruments were not sanitized. In a job that requires dealing with nails, it seems to me to be at least unprofessional.
I do not comment on the hour and a half of waiting in the cold of the room because he had not yet finished with the previous client.
The venue itself is not in great condition and, as a first impression, it leaves quite a bit stunned.
In general: quality equals the price.
