★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Al telefono, quando ho prenotato, Mi hanno fatto scegliere l'orario, in quanto pomeriggio abbastanza libero da appuntamenti. Arrivata lì all'orario stabilito, mi fanno aspettare ben quaranta minuti. Meno male che dopo non avevo altri impegni! Quando finalmente è arrivato il mio turno, non hanno nemmeno avuto l'accortezza di scusarsi per il ritardo.
Al momento di pagare, rimango abbandonata alla reception x 10 minuti perchè non arriva nessuno.
Quando finalmente si accorgono che c'è il cliente che li aspetta alla reception x pagare, arriva qualcuno che mi dice l 'ammontare, si prende i soldi e, dulcis in fundo.... Non mi fa lo scontrino! ( degna conclusione del Servizio!)
Bad service. On the phone, when I booked, they made me choose the time, as it was quite free from appointments. Arriving there at the appointed time, they make me wait forty minutes. Thank goodness I didn't have other commitments afterwards! When my turn finally came, they didn't even have the shrewdness to apologize for the delay.
At the time of paying, I remain abandoned at the reception for 10 minutes because nobody comes.
When they finally realize that the customer is waiting for them at the reception desk to pay, someone comes to tell me the amount, they take the money and, dulcis in fundo .... They don't give me the receipt! (Fitting end of service!)
