I will start this review by saying do you not go to this place!!!!!! I rang to make the appointment and I explained to the lady over the phone that I have put on acrylic nails in London and I would like to remove them, she told me it will cost eight euros and he will take half an hour. She started filing down the nails with a nail file very roughly which was very uncomfortable then she changed to a filing machine which was even more painful due to the heat Generated because of the dry filing. I asked her to stop and I explain to her that this is not the correct way of removing the nails I had and she had to soak them in nail polish remover to soften them but she proceeded to disagree at that point I asked her how much money I owed her and I just wanted to leave because I was in pain and she had already scratched all the skin around the two nails she worked on and cut me in one area which is still hurting as I’m writing. When I asked her how much I need to pay she said €15 which got me really confused because I was quoted eight euros to remove the nails and I didn’t even remove them and the price doubled. All the staff were really rude and all they care about is getting money from the customers it is supposed to be a beauty place I left being in pain instead of feeling beautiful. the owner did not Apologise and told me to fly to London to get them removed in a rude way. save yourself pain and money and go somewhere professional. Inizierò questa recensione dicendo che non vai in questo posto !!!!!! Ho telefonato per prendere un appuntamento e ho spiegato al telefono al telefono che ho messo le unghie acriliche a Londra e vorrei rimuoverle, mi ha detto che costerà otto euro e che impiegherà mezz'ora. Ha iniziato a limare le unghie con una lima molto approssimativamente, il che era molto scomodo, quindi è passata a una limatrice che era ancora più dolorosa a causa del calore generato a causa della limatura a secco. Le ho chiesto di smettere e le spiego che questo non è il modo corretto di rimuovere le unghie che avevo e che ha dovuto immergerle nello smalto per ammorbidirle, ma ha continuato a non essere d'accordo a quel punto le ho chiesto quanti soldi Le dovevo e volevo solo andarmene perché soffrivo e lei aveva già graffiato tutta la pelle attorno alle due unghie su cui lavorava e mi aveva tagliato in un'area che mi fa ancora male mentre scrivo. Quando le ho chiesto quanto devo pagare, ha detto € 15, il che mi ha davvero confuso perché mi sono stati citati otto euro per rimuovere i chiodi e non li ho nemmeno rimossi e il prezzo è raddoppiato. Tutto il personale era davvero scortese e tutto ciò che gli interessa è ottenere soldi dai clienti, si suppone che sia un posto di bellezza in cui mi sono lasciato soffrire invece di sentirmi bello. il proprietario non si è scusato e mi ha detto di volare a Londra per rimuoverli in modo maleducato. risparmia dolore e denaro e vai in un posto professionale.
