Ho fatto la pedicure ( con il piede messo in acqua ) mi sono state applicate le creme e lo smalto ( prima la base cipria poi 2 mani di smalto) il tutto mentre si chiacchierava come con un amica ( era la prima volta che andavo). Per me il modo di porsi con le clienti è fondamentale. Purtroppo appena sono arrivata a casa ho notato che lo smalto si era rovinato irrimediabilmente ( bisognerebbe aspettare molto più di 7 minuti) quindi adesso dovrò ridare lo smalto a casa... Mannaggia perché il colore era molto carincarino...grazie mille per la vostra disponibilità e di certo l asciugatura non è colpa vostra. Quando verrò sarà per approfittare di altri servizi ?
Definitely positive experience. Polite and kind staff. I did the pedicure (with the foot placed in water) I was applied the creams and nail polish (first the powder base then 2 coats of nail polish) all while chatting like with a friend (it was the first time I went). For me, the way I deal with clients is fundamental. Unfortunately, as soon as I got home I noticed that the enamel was irreparably damaged (we would have to wait much more than 7 minutes) so now I will have to restore the enamel at home ... Damn because the color was very cute ... thank you very much for your availability and drying is certainly not your fault. When I come it will be to take advantage of other services ?
