Si evince subito una professionalità ed esperienza, probabilmente dovuto a frequenti corsi di aggiornamento per tutto il personale.
Oltre ad eseguire ogni procedura con regole precise e professionali, sono molto disponibili nell’ascoltare richieste specifiche personali del cliente, adattando il più possibile l’operato, anche quando si esegue un trattamento che ha delle procedure definite, andando così incontro alle esigenze specifiche del cliente!
Ovviamente il tutto sempre eseguito con una professionalità palpabile nell’aria, intriso di cordialità, gentilezza ed empatia.
È per questo che ho scelto questo centro estetico, non solo per la grande competenza ed affidabilità che si evince sin dal primo momento in cui si varca l’ingresso, ma per l’unica caratteristica che lo può differenziare dagli altri centri estetici altrettanto competenti della zona, cioè per la tranquillità psicologica che ti trasmette nel sentirti trattato come se fossi a casa mia tanta è la dedizione e l’ascolto verso le necessità del cliente, e non come un numero da fare il più velocemente possibile!
Ottimo lavoro da parte del titolare per professionalizzare i dipendenti ed istruirli sulle procedure, ed ottimo il personale del centro per l’empatia e la dedizione volta all’ascolto del cliente.
Attualmente è il miglior centro estetico nella zona!

This is why I chose this beauty center, not only for the great competence and reliability that can be seen from the first moment you enter the entrance, but for the only feature that can differentiate it from the other equally competent beauty centers of the area, that is, for the psychological tranquility that transmits you in feeling treated as if you were at home so much is the dedication and listening to the customer's needs, and not as a number to do as quickly as possible!
Excellent work by the owner to professionalise employees and educate them on the procedures, and excellent staff at the center for empathy and dedication to listening to the customer.
It is currently the best beauty center in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono affidata a questo centro dopo aver cercato qualche posto per fare il laser, il risultato che ho avuto fino ad ora è stato veramente ottimo e vi spiego perché:
Prima del percorso ho avuto una consulenza gratuita con la titolare che mi ha spiegato come funziona e quante sedute dovevo fare in base al mio tipo di pelo.
Abbiamo quindi optato per un pacchetto di 8 sedute in 3 parti del mio corpo. Sono arrivata ora alla settima seduta, sicuramente in ritardo nella tabella di marcia visto le chiusure per il covid e per dei miei problemi personali. Ad ogni modo tutto lo staff è stato gentile a "sospendere" il mio pacchetto (in quanto già pagato) e lasciarmi tranquillamente la libertà di riprendere quando più preferivo.
Piccolo spoiler da parte mia che sono una "frittola" per il male , più si va avanti con le sedute più si aumenta la "potenza" del laser per renderlo efficace? ahi che dolore.. pizzica veramente un pò (ma non più di fare un tatuaggio per capirci) , ma insomma chi bella vuole apparire.... anche lì però la ragazza che mi segue per il laser è sempre stata "comprensiva" ed a ogni richiesta di abbassare la potenza o fermarsi è sempre stata disponibile a farlo senza problemi.
Conclusione: vi consiglio vivamente questo centro, troverete cordialità e uno staff preparato e competente

I relied on this center after looking for some place to do the laser, the result I have had so far has been really great and I'll explain why:
Before the course I had a free consultation with the owner who explained to me how it works and how many sessions I had to do based on my type of hair.
We therefore opted for a package of 8 sessions in 3 parts of my body. I have now reached the seventh session, certainly late in the schedule given the closures for the covid and for my personal problems. In any case, all the staff was kind to "suspend" my package (as it has already been paid for) and quietly leave me the freedom to resume when I preferred.
Small spoiler from me that I am a "pancake" for evil, the more you go on with the sessions the more you increase the "power" of the laser to make it effective a tattoo to understand), but in short who wants to look beautiful .... even there, however, the girl who follows me for the laser has always been "understanding" and at every request to lower the power or stop she has always been willing to do it without problems.
Conclusion: I highly recommend this center, you will find friendliness and a trained and competent staff
