La titolare Iren ha soddisfatto e addirittura superato ogni mia aspettativa. Talmente soddisfatta che ho subito comprati altri coupon da regalare. Mi sono già prenotata per il prossimo mese, perché d'ora in poi questo è il centro a cui affiderò la cura delle mie mani. Grazie mille Irene. Inutile dire che lo stesso è poi successo a tutte le altre unghie. Bad experience. Hasty manicurist and very rude beautician. This is the result just out of the center. Purtroppo quando andai di là mi dissero che non mi avevano segnata perchè non avevo dato “abbastanza” conferma. E ora mi chiedo, che cos’altro serviva? Vorrei solo dire che se vogliono nuovi clienti dovrebbero andarci contro e non lasciarci in attesa senza nessun feedback. Un peccato perchè ero piuttosto entusiasta a provare il loro centro estetico. La cosa peggiore è la scortesia e maleducazione della ragazza che ha effettuato la "ricostruzione", mi ha messo di cattivo umore dopo i primi 5 minuti, infatti non ho detto una parola per due ore perché non mi sentivo assolutamente a mio agio. Sono un'onicofagica, per cui le mie unghie sono molto sensibili e tendo ad irrigidire le dita durante manicure per paura di farmi male, ma la ragazza più volte mi ha chiesto, con tono minaccioso, di rimanere "morbida" , sbuffava annoiata e tirava sospiri per farmi capire che stava perdendo la pazienza. Credetemi non vedevo l'ora di scappare da quel centro estetico dove non metterò mai più piede. Credo che per fare determinati lavori devi avere pazienza con i clienti. Peccato, avrebbero potuto conquistare una nuova cliente, del resto il lavoro fatto non è male, ma non ci tornerò mai più. Ho fatto un semipermanente tramite Groupon e non ho riscontrato problemi, anzi le ragazze sono state molto gentili anche nel consigliarmi il colore che cercavo. Ho fatto le unghie una settimana fa e sono ancora perfette! I had a great experience at the Altea beauty center.
