★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno,in questo centro mi sono trovata malissimo.A parte la gentilezza iniziale, di fronte alla soluzione di un problema sorto con le mie unghie si sono dimostrati poco professionali e poco seri.Dopo 6 giorni dal trattamento acrilico lo smalto è cominciato a scheggiarsi quando di giorni di durata me ne erano stati rassicurati 30.Messo in conto che può capitare ho fatto presente la cosa alla ragazzina proprietaria la quale voleva darmi un appuntamento il giorno successivo per riprenderlo a costo zero .Siccome il giorno dopo io ero impegnata sono andata dopo 5 giorni e dopo che tutte le unghie erano completamente saltate.Per farla breve non solo mi è stato fatto un trattamento più costoso senza essere stata nemmeno avvisata prima(infatti se l'avessi saputo non l'avrei fatto)ma ho di nuovo pagato 35euro dopo che mi era stato promesso di rifarlo gratis(giustamente dopo solo 6 giorni di durata).Nn si prendono in giro così i clienti.Sconsiglio vivamente.
Good morning, in this center I found myself very bad.Apart from the initial kindness, when faced with the solution of a problem that arose with my nails they proved to be unprofessional and not serious.After 6 days from the acrylic treatment the enamel began to chip when 30 days of duration I had been reassured. Taking into account that it can happen I pointed this out to the owner girl who wanted to give me an appointment the next day to take it back at no cost. 5 days and after all the nails were completely blown out. In short, not only was I given a more expensive treatment without even being notified before (in fact if I had known I would not have done it) but I again paid 35 euros after I was promised to do it again for free (rightly after only 6 days of duration). I don't make fun of customers like that. I strongly advise against it.
