Mai provata prima, sugar wax, è decisamente meglio di molte altre tecniche che ho provato, e Agnese è eccellente nell'usare questa tecnica e spiegarne i benefici. Pulizia impeccabile, tutte le misure anti-COVID applicate scrupolosamente. Assolutamente da provare, io ci torno sicuro!
 What a discovery walking down Via de 'Macci looking for a beautician. Never tried before, sugar wax is definitely better than many other techniques I've tried, and Agnese is excellent at using this technique and explaining its benefits. Impeccable cleanliness, all anti-COVID measures applied scrupulously. Absolutely to try, I'll be back for sure!

Professionale e sorridente, oltre a fare la ceretta araba (la ricetta di pasta di zucchero e miele che viene dall'antichità) - praticamente indolore e che lascia la pelle morbidissima - dispensa consigli Beauty a non finire. La struttura è accogliente e pulitissima. Consigliato davvero!
Of all the beauty centers I have tried, Agnese is my favorite. Professional and smiling, in addition to doing Arab waxing (the recipe of sugar paste and honey that comes from ancient times) - practically painless and that leaves the skin very soft - it dispenses beauty tips to no end. The structure is welcoming and spotless. Really recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto rilassante e tutto da scoprire. Agnese, la proprietaria è super gentile e crea un atmosfera piacevole e professionale. È uno dei pochi posti per fare la cera naturale - miele &zucchero. Rispetto a ceretta normale irrita molto mooolto di meno la pelle e non la danneggia. Una volta provata non ci ho pensato mai più di fare la cera normale.
A relaxing place to be discovered. Agnes, the owner is super nice and creates a pleasant and professional atmosphere. It is one of the few places to make natural wax - honey & sugar. Compared to normal waxing, it irritates the skin very much less and does not damage it. Once I tried it, I never thought about making normal wax again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agnese is a lovely, kind lady who makes her own sugar wax (which is impossible to find in Florence!), and she will put you at ease and give you the best and most painless wax you’ve ever had. Honestly she is THE BEST estetista in Florence...and I’ve tried a gazillion. Great and easy location in the historic center. Super clean, efficient and modern facility. Incredibly knowledgeable about skincare, massage, etc. and also in Japanese techniques and methods. Don’t hesitate to book an appointment with her via WhatsApp! Amazing job!!
