R	Roberto Orlando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente, dopo le diverse esperienze di fisioterapia presso il Centro Dynamic, posso dire con certezza di essermi trovato veramente a mio agio, anche perchè il personale di Reception, di Fisioterapia e Medico, non solo è veramente molto preparato, ma ti fa sentire a casa!!!!!! Ho avuto modo di conoscere la Dott.ssa Controllo che mi ha preso ""in carico"" consigliandomi con diligenza e professionalità. Ho conosciuto la sig.ra Gisella che si occupa di terapie varie come TENS, LASER, ULTRA SUONI ed altro, posso garantire che è una persona veramente in gamba svolgendo il suo lavoro con diligenza, professionalità e cortesia!!!!!, la sig.ra Eleonora fisipterapista che si occupa di far svolgere ai pazienti vari esercizi ginnici per la riabilitazione, ed è persona molto preparata, cortese e che punta seriamente e professionalmente all'obiettivo!!!! e la sign.ra Vanessa alla Reception che ""smista"" professionalmente tutte le richieste giornaliere curando con attenzione ogni dettaglio!!! Insomma dopo questa mia dettagliata esposizione e descrizione, posso dire con certezza che se dovessi avere ancora di bisogno ( speriamo mai!!! ) di qualcosa che riguarda analisi terapie e consulti medici, mi rivolgerei senz'altro al Centro Dynamic di Catania. Buon lavoro!!!! Surely, after the different experiences of physiotherapy at the Dynamic Center, I can say with certainty that I found myself really at ease, also because the Reception, Physiotherapy and Medical staff, not only is really very prepared, but makes you feel at home !!!!!! I got to know Dott.ssa Controllo who took "" in charge "" advising me with diligence and professionalism. I met Mrs. Gisella who deals with various therapies such as TENS, LASER, ULTRA SOUNDS and others, I can guarantee that she is a really smart person doing her job with diligence, professionalism and courtesy !!!!!, Mr .ra Eleonora physiotherapist who takes care of having the patients perform various gymnastic exercises for rehabilitation, and she is a very prepared, courteous person who aims seriously and professionally at the goal !!!! and the sign.ra Vanessa at the Reception who "" sorts "professionally all the daily requests taking care of every detail carefully !!! In short, after my detailed exposition and description, I can say with certainty that if I still need (hopefully never!) Something concerning medical analysis and consultations, I would certainly go to the Dynamic Center in Catania. Good job!!!!
G	Giuseppe Riscica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo iniziare la terapia, dopo due settimane che aspetto notizie nessuno si fa sentire, l'Inail gli ha mandato l'autorizzazione da più di una settimana e loro mi hanno risposto che l'addetto all'informatica era assente, mi hanno detto che sarei stato contattato ma dopo una settimana nessuno si è fatto sentire. Serietà zero ?? I had to start the therapy, after two weeks waiting for news no one is heard, Inail sent them the authorization for more than a week and they replied that the IT officer was absent, they told me that I would be was contacted but after a week no one spoke. Le Dottoresse Sonia, Adriana ed Emanuela con le quali ho lavorato maggiormente sono davvero molto professionali e preparate.Un pensiero positivo anche alla signora Grazia della reception, molto gentile e accogliente.Ho risolto il mio problema e per me questo centro è al primo posto in assoluto,lo consiglio assolutamente. I did physiotherapy at the dynamic center and I found myself really well. The Dottoresse Sonia, Adriana and Emanuela with whom I worked most are really very professional and well prepared. A positive thought also to Mrs. Grace of the reception, very kind and welcoming. I solved my problem and for me this center is in first place in absolute, I absolutely recommend it.
M	Mario guarino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo la visita del fisiatra (disponibile dopo 16 giorni dalla dismissione gesso ) dicono di attendere una settimana o più per la riabilitazione. Dopo una settimana volevo tempi certi e mi hanno consigliato sedute a pagamento e dopo aver chiamato la segreteria non sono stato più contattato. Oggi dopo 24 giorni dalla dismissione del gesso sono a casa con le stampelle per aver creduto di poter fare fisioterapia convenzionata o a pagamento. Il ticket per la visita lo ho pagato al dynamik ma se cambio posto lo devo pagare ad altri. Mi hanno ricontattato per terapia a pagamento, ho fatto 10 sedute al nuovo centro di via gioieni. È andata a finire con altre 10 sedute in corso ( a pagamento) e mi sto trovando bene, ma la poca chiarezza iniziale con la fisio convenzionata mi ha molto deluso. Onestamente ci vorrebbe una valutazione per la parte privata ed una per quella convenzionata. Se avessi iniziato da privato avrei avuto almeno 20 giorni di immobilità in meno. The ticket for the visit I paid to dynamik but if I change place I have to pay it to others. They contacted me for paid therapy, I did 10 sessions at the new center in via gioieni. It ended with another 10 sessions in progress (for a fee) and I'm doing well, but the initial lack of clarity with the partner physio has disappointed me very much. Honestly, it would take an evaluation for the private part and one for the affiliated one. If I had started as a private person, I would have had at least 20 days of immobility less.

Francesco Riso, la Drssa Adriana Stancanelli e la Drssa Sonia Piazza sono in particolare molto competenti e Grazia della reception efficiente e gentile dote peraltro rara in chi è preposto a questo specifico servizio avuto riguardo alla particolarità della sua utenza. Sono molto soddisfatto Excellent physiotherapy center and excellent medical staff available and professional and with whom you easily enter into empathy; Dr. Francesco Riso, Drssa Adriana Stancanelli and Drssa Sonia Piazza are in particular very competent and Grazia at the reception is efficient and kind, which is also rare in those in charge of this specific service having regard to the particularity of its users. Dovevo fare delle terapie, arrivo alla sede di Via Guardia della Carvana per passare la visita con la dottoressa alle 09:20 e alle 11:35 decido di andare via, agni volta che chiedevo mi veniva risposto, il prossimo è lei, ma nel frattempo la dottoressa che faceva? Booooh.....Due ore per una visita di 10 minuti...! Maaaah...Da premettere che prima di me c'erano solo due persone.... Cmq state sereni che non ci siete solo voi come fisioterapisti... Buona vita Seriousness equal to zero .... Poca disponibilità e sgarbatezza nella segretaria, che ha inoltre scoraggiato la terapia in convenzione dandomi tempi di attesa molto lunghi. Mi ha richiamato dopo un mese la stessa segretaria per fissarmi il primo appuntamento subito,due giorni dopo, e ad un certo orario senza possibilità di scelta. Mi sento dire "questo è l'orario, se non può venire la cancello." Insomma, toni e comportamenti poco adatti a un centro medico. Una certa dottoressa di cui per rispetto (assolutamente non meritato) non faccio il nome ha dimostrato scarsa comprensione dei problemi riportati da mia madre, sgarbatezza, ha alzato la voce piú volte contro entrambe e si è dimostrata tutto fuorchè professionale. Chiameró oggi stesso per dire che mia madre sarà l'ultima persona sulla faccia della terra ad affidarsi al loro centro. Le persone vanno trattate con il rispetto che meritano, specialmente quando pagano per essere seguite da qualcuno che dovrebbe prendersi cura di loro e non umiliarle.
