Una riguarda un piumino rovinato dalla lavanderia e l'altro alla compensazione pecuniaria in caso di cancellazione del volo.(Rayneir). Ottenuto risultati 0. Anzi alla fine mi è stato consigliato di andare dal Giudice di Pace e quindi con l'assistenza di un legale. Non consiglio assolutamente questo centro. La persona con la quale abbiamo parlato si è dimostrata molto competente e ha preparato il contenzioso in un'ora o poco più. Poche chiacchiere e molta sostanza. Il Centro Difesa Consumatori ci ha fornito GRATUITAMENTE un'assistenza di qualità, che spesso è difficile ottenere rivolgendosi a un avvocato (pagando centinaia di euro). Il contenzioso ci sarà il 9 maggio, fra una decina di giorni, quindi non sappiamo quale sarà l'esito. Comunque vada, ci riteniamo pienamente soddisfatti per il servizio ricevuto e per avere trovato un ottimo punto di riferimento per ottenere una valida assistenza legale in svariati settori. Whatever happens, we are fully satisfied for the service received and for having found an excellent point of reference for obtaining valid legal assistance in various sectors.
