Do not go with children, do not get pregnant .... you will have the same negative considerations as for other customers! .... ????

M	Manuela Deutsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo sempre bene sono gentile certo se ce molta gente ce da attendere ma cmq fanno le cose abbastanza veloce e ci possiamo sempre rivolgere ai impiegati vari per le tante domande che sorgono e loro rispondono gentilmente e aiutono nella loro possibilità I always feel good I'm kind sure if there are many people to wait but cmq they do things quite fast and we can always turn to various employees for the many questions that arise and they respond kindly and help in their ability

Booked at 07:30 for two medical visits, once we arrived the appointment was after five hours. Disorganized and pure peasants in dealing with patients.

Parliamo tanto di rivoluzione digitale e poi ti ritrovi il numerino come dal salumiere, sei obbligato a rimanere in fila davanti al centro altrimenti perdi il posto. Esperienza vergognosa, sembra di stare in un paese del terzo mondo. Endless files, no possibility of booking. We talk a lot about the digital revolution and then you find the number like the delicatessen, you are forced to stay in line in front of the center otherwise you lose your place. Shameful experience, it feels like being in a third world country.
A	Angela Busa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stamattina arrivata li dopo aver telefonato venerdì per sapere come comportarmi data la gravidanza e dato che dovevo fare la curva glicemica che consiste in 6 prelievi, al telefono mi avevano detto di essere la per le 8, arrivo la e pretendevano che io aspettassi 45 persone prima di me. Nessuna pietà per la mia condizione gravidica nemmeno per la mia pressione sotto i piedi., ma poi perché al tel mi avevano specificato di essere la alle 8???? Morale? Sono andata in un altro centro dove mi hanno immediatamente fatta passare e fatto il primo prelievo...ho avuto quasi un collasso per la pressione bassa e sono stata assistita benissimo dal personale dell'altro centro. Di sicuro al centro gamma non andrò più. La signora della reception è stata scortese e non dovrebbe pensare che ogni persona condizione è uguale alle altre. arrived this morning after phoning Friday to find out how to behave given the pregnancy and since I had to do the blood glucose curve which consists of 6 samples, on the phone they told me they were there by 8, I arrived there and they expected me to wait 45 people before of me. No pity for my pregnant condition not even for my pressure under my feet., But then why on the phone they had specified me to be there at 8 ???? Moral? I went to another center where they immediately passed me and made the first withdrawal ... I almost had a collapse due to low blood pressure and I was very well assisted by the staff of the other center. I will certainly not go to the center of the range anymore. The reception lady was rude and shouldn't think that every person's condition is the same.

Ho prenotato il test sierologico per il COVID e mi è stata spiegata la prassi: in teoria eravamo in lista e prenotati, in pratica c'erano 56 persone prima di noi e ci hanno detto esplicitamente, che: "disposizioni del proprietario, se volevamo fare il test, c'era da aspettare". Se non si effettuano prenotazioni, me lo spieghi e lo capisco, mica so scema! Non fate arrivare 11 persone da Calabria e Sicilia per essere lì alle 07:30 e sentirsi dire chi se ne frega!!! If I had read the reviews, I certainly would have spared the figure of m. that I did with the company where I work. I booked the serological test for COVID and I was explained the procedure: in theory we were on the list and booked, in practice there were 56 people before us and they told us explicitly, that: "the owner's instructions, if we wanted to do the test, there was to wait ". If you don't make reservations, explain it to me and I understand it, I don't know stupid! Don't let 11 people arrive from Calabria and Sicily to be there at 07:30 and be told who cares !!!
