Dopo aver speso un centinaio di euro di chiavi sbagliate, evidentemente diverse dall'originale, la commessa o la proprietaria hanno avuto la faccia tosta di dire che fosse un problema della mia serratura. Anche davanti all'evidenza ( di due chiavi evidentemente diverse) hanno negato. Sicuri della loro correttezza poichè conoscono le leggi ed avranno fregato diverse persone per pochi euro. Meschini continueranno a truffare. Motivo per cui il nostro paese va a rotoli. Vergogna. Fortunatmente ora c'è internet! Alla larga Sure they don't care. La commessa si è rifiutata di cambiare il prodotto nonostante io abbia presentato lo scontrino, e mi ha mandato fuori in modo sgarbato dimostrando totale mancanza di attenzione al cliente. Ho risolto il problema acquistando il prodotto altrove in una grande catena commerciale. Sconsiglio ad altri clienti un acquisto presso questo esercizio perché se ci sarà qualche errore/incompatibilità non sono disposti ad effettuare il cambio dimostrando di non avere nessuna attenzione al cliente. Ho fatto fare una chiave per porta blindata 9 euro non entrava nella serratura , li ho chiamati dicendo che sarei tornata per rifare la chiave mi hanno chiesto ancora 9 euro perché ero sprovvista di scontrino in più sostenevano che la chiave che ho dato loro per fare la copia era usurata ma non è vero una litigata pazzesca davvero pessimi . Mai più . Non andateci Rude rude unprofessional advice them to close the business.
