★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una delle strutture storiche di Avellino dotata anche di un bel chiostro con pozzo. Nel cuore del centro storico ed alle spalle del Duomo, inizialmente fu Palazzo De Concili. Infatti la sig.ra De Concili lo donò per accoglienza donne in situazione di disagio. Vi soggiornò anche se per breve tempo Victor Hugo. La posizione, in un luogo lontano dai rumori, dona pace e benessere. Sembra tornare indietro nel tempo.
It is one of the historic structures of Avellino also equipped with a beautiful cloister with a well. In the heart of the historic center and behind the Duomo, it was initially Palazzo De Concili. In fact, Mrs. De Concili donated it to welcome women in difficult situations. Victor Hugo stayed there even if for a short time. The location, in a place away from noise, gives peace and well-being. It seems to go back in time.

La struttura storica gode di una vista fantastica sulla parte di Avellino purtroppo sempre più trascurata, ma di cui questo centro rappresenta sicuramente un fiore all'occhiello.
One of the very few libraries open every day, very kind and competent staff. Perfect place to study. The historic structure enjoys a fantastic view over the part of Avellino unfortunately increasingly neglected, but of which this center is certainly a flagship.
