★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non prendono appuntamento, per telefono ti dicono che se non puoi aspettare in piedi ti fanno entrare. Suono e un "infermiera" mi apre e in malo modo mi dice perché ho suonato!!! Le faccio perdere tempo!!! Le spiego che non posso stare in piedi, brontolando mi dice he posso aspettare dentro. Le chiedo quanta gente ho davanti. Sempre sgarbatamentre mi fa capire tutti quelli ammucchiati fuori. A quel punto vado via. Mi inveiscono o contro.
