PULTROPPO ti dicono di chiamare il giorno stesso del disservizio e non ti rispondono ,è tutta la mattina che chiamo....perché non mi prendono l’umido???il furgoncino passa ma a me non leva l’immondizia !!! (Sicuramente fa’prima a fare il giro!!!) Ma io pago e anche Salato!!!
Call for a disservice and nothing changes !! MUCH they tell you to call the same day of the outage and they don't answer you, I've been calling all morning .... why don't they take me wet ??? the van goes by but I don't remove the garbage !!! (Surely go around first !!!) But I pay and Salato too !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono solita fare recensioni, ma in questo momento non posso evitare, temo che una lettera di segnalazione di pessimo servizio sia vana e comunque la farò.
Mi sono recata nella struttura diverse volte in questo mese, mi permetto di suggerire dei corsi di formazione e comunicazione per gli operatori,
ad esclusione di un dipendente molto cordiale e facilitatore che ringrazio, maleducazione, arroganza, supponenza, la potenza di un telecomando per aprire la sbarra.
Per quanto riguarda chi organizza i lavori dei dipendenti, sarebbe molto utile l'elaborazione di regole di fruizione del centro di raccolta uguali per tutti i dipendenti e non a discrezione personale (la pesa e cosa si pesa).
Sarebbe utile informare il cittadino su come può conferire in discarica, con un tempo o per materiale perché le informazioni che arrivano dai dipendenti sono discordanti.
Molto da migliorare, davvero, considerando che sono servizi che l'utente ed il cittadino paga.
