Non perchè ci sia da vergognarsi, ma perchè siamo piuttosto impauriti dai giudizi e dai condizionamenti (antichi e inutili) della nostra società. Però ho sentito di voler lasciare un mio commento, perchè ho conosciuto la dottoressa Mastrodicasa in un grave momento di difficoltà, proprio cercandola alla cieca, su un motore di ricerca. Sin dal primo momento, mi sono sentita compresa e profondamente 'vista' da lei. Ne è sorto un percorso affascinante e non sempre facile, grazie al quale ho compreso tanti aspetti di me e del mio comportamento. Ho riacquistato fiducia e positività, sopratutto la voglia di fare progetti e cambiare quello che mi dava sofferenza in una chiave più onesta e rispettosa di me. Io la consiglio davvero, per la competenza e la sensibilità che mi ha dimostrato sperando che chi, come me, si vergogna di affrontare i suoi problemi, tragga fiducia da quanto scrivo per trovare il coraggio di migliorarsi. It is not easy to write a review admitting that you have been to a psychologist. Not because we are ashamed, but because we are rather afraid of the judgments and conditioning (ancient and useless) of our society. But I felt I wanted to leave my comment, because I met Dr. Mastrodicasa in a serious moment of difficulty, just looking for her blindly, on a search engine. From the first moment, I felt understood and deeply 'seen' by her. A fascinating and not always easy path has arisen, thanks to which I have understood many aspects of myself and of my behavior. I regained confidence and positivity, above all the desire to make plans and change what gave me suffering in a more honest and respectful way than myself. I really recommend it, for the competence and sensitivity it has shown me, hoping that those who, like me, are ashamed to face their problems, draw confidence from what I write to find the courage to improve.
