L'aspetto igienico insufficiente: in questo periodo di emergenza sanitaria al servizio ristoro non vengono osservate le regole di contenimento, esiste all'ingresso del bar una postazione per la misurazione della TC ma nessuno la rileva, gli operatori dietro il banco bar perlopiù non indossano le mascherine e permettono ai clienti di assembrarsi davanti al banco, a loro volta senza mascherine ed in più viene permesso loro di servirsi autonomamente delle brioche!!!!! Veramente pessimo ed aggiungerei privo di sicurezza.
Everything is good, welcoming and well prepared. The insufficient hygienic aspect: in this period of health emergency the containment rules are not observed at the restaurant, there is a station at the entrance to the bar for measuring the CT but no one detects it, the operators behind the bar counter mostly do not wear the masks and allow customers to gather in front of the counter, in turn without masks and in addition they are allowed to use the brioches independently !!!!! Really bad and I would add lacking in security.

Un unico problema, per tre giorni di gara ride up non è stato aggiornato, la segreteria non rilasciava gli ordini di partenza invitando ad andare su telegram, dove non erano presenti tutte le categorie.
Si dovrebbe migliorare l'organizzazione
