Riferisco la mia preferenza per le 17.45. Viste le varie direttive inerenti la prevenzione della trasmissione covid che ricevo nelle altre visite mediche, mi reco puntuale all'appuntamento.
Suono, la porta si apre, entro e ad accogliermi non c'è nessuno. Dopo 5 minuti arriva una signorina che mi chiede cosa volessi. Dico di avere un appuntamento alle 17.45. Con mio grande stupore, nessun controllo della temperatura, nessuna richiesta di igienizzazione delle mani. Mi reco in sala attesa e vi erano altre 6 persone. Alle 18.45 ancora 3persone prima di me. Me ne sono andata.
A cosa serve prendere appuntamento?Specie in questo periodo. Il servizio sanitario nazionale di sicuro è migliore. Vergogna

I report my preference for 5.45 pm. Given the various directives concerning the prevention of covid transmission that I receive in other medical visits, I go to the appointment on time.
I ring, the door opens, I enter and there is no one to welcome me. After 5 minutes a young lady arrives and asks me what I wanted. I say I have an appointment at 5.45pm. To my amazement, no temperature control, no request for hand sanitation. I go to the waiting room and there were 6 other people. At 18.45 still 3 people before me. I left.
What is the point of making an appointment? Especially during this period. The NHS is certainly better. Shame
