★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le infermiere/segreterie del desk sono poco professionali, non sorridono mai e sembrano sempre scocciate: il lavoro a contatto con il pubblico non è certo facile, ma bisognerebbe sforzarsi per avere un atteggiamento diverso, soprattutto visto il campo "delicato" in cui lavorano, cioè la salute delle persone.
 The nurses / secretaries of the desk are unprofessional, they never smile and always seem annoyed: working in contact with the public is certainly not easy, but you should try to have a different attitude, especially given the "delicate" field in which they work, that is, people's health.

They could do more, like tampons like so many other GPs do, they don't have any machinery for examinations, like ultrasound or ear devices, they once did cleaning, now ?????
