Roberta è un’insegnante favolosa ed attraverso la sua voce calma, ti accompagna piacevolmente nelle meditazione e nella pratica dello yoga. Il centro oltre a proporre corsi di yoga per vari livelli propone incontri molto interessanti su tematiche che riguardano la spiritualità e non solo. Consigliato a tutti, per tutte le età.
I recently moved to Palermo and managed to find this place because of the centrality of the area. The center is a true oasis of peace, friendliness, kindness and professionalism. Roberta is a fabulous teacher and through her calm voice, she accompanies you pleasantly in meditation and in the practice of yoga. The center, in addition to offering yoga courses for various levels, offers very interesting meetings on issues that concern spirituality and beyond. Recommended for everyone, for all ages.
