L’appuntamento mi è stato spostato diverse volte per esigenze del medico, e, fin qui, nessun problema. Se non fosse che mi hanno telefonato almeno cinque volte per confermare e riconfermare lo stesso appuntamento, generando solo confusione, a testimonianza della poca professionalità di chi (più di una segretaria) gestisce l’agenda. Una volta arrivato presso lo studio, non sapevano neanche del mio appuntamento. Dopo circa 40 minuti di attesa e non esser stato ancora visitato, avendo esigenze lavorative, ho dovuto rinunciare alla visita. La segretaria mi ha proposto un altro appuntamento, ad un mese e mezzo successivo... per una loro responsabilità. Pessimi I booked a visit to this center for a mapping of the moles. Poi dalla loro riapertura mi fissano l'appuntamento a fine luglio (non effettuavo il trattamento da gennaio perché a febbraio hanno fatto saltare l'appuntamento). Mi dicono di richiamare a settembre per settembre. Non risponde più nessuno fino a ottobre. Rinuncio. I primi di novembre altra segretaria prende in mano i clienti lasciati abbandonati per l'epilazione laser e mi ricontatta per l'appuntamento. Salutati cordialmente. Il laser non si fa così, la parte fondamentale è la cadenza delle sedute, neanche degnati di spiegazione, mai più. Laser hair removal. Until before the lockdown everything was fine. Then, from their reopening, they set an appointment for me at the end of July (I hadn't had the treatment since January because they skipped the appointment in February). They tell me to call back in September for September. Nobody answers anymore until October. I give up. In early November, another secretary picks up the customers left abandoned for laser hair removal and contacts me for an appointment. Greetings cordially. The laser is not done like this, the fundamental part is the cadence of the sessions, not even worthy of explanation, never again.
