Quando sono entrata la prima volta, hanno avuto la pazienza e comprensione verso una ragazza "traumatizzata" dal precedente parrucchiere (frangia non richiesta). Mi hanno chiesto per filo e per segno cosa volessi e non hanno tagliato neanche un millimetro in più di quello che avevamo concordato! E poi Marco e Dario sono i maghi del colore con riflessi a effetto naturale. E anche in questo abbiamo parlato a fondo per capire cosa mi piaceva e mi stava bene, con tanto di foto a confronto e campioncini in mano! Finalmente mi trovo ad avere i capelli sani e belli ed esattamente come voglio portarli! Infine sono fantastici per tutti i sacrifici e serietà mantenuti durante il periodo di pandemia. Accortissimi nel seguire tutte le norme anti-covid, nell'igienizzare tutto sempre e anche nel proteggere gli oggetti personali imbustandoli, mi sento sempre al sicuro quando sono nel salone. Se esistessero più di cinque stelle le metterei!! I highly recommend the Joelle Zonehair Degrade Center !! I have been a loyal customer for three years now. When I first came in, they had the patience and understanding towards a girl who was "traumatized" by the previous hairdresser (no bangs required). They asked me in detail what I wanted and they didn't cut even one millimeter more than what we had agreed! And then Marco and Dario are the magicians of color with natural effect reflections. And also in this we talked in depth to understand what I liked and was fine with, with lots of photos in comparison and samples in hand! I finally find my hair healthy and beautiful and exactly how I want to wear it! Finally they are fantastic for all the sacrifices and seriousness maintained during the pandemic period. Very careful in following all the anti-covid rules, in always sanitizing everything and also in protecting personal items by wrapping them, I always feel safe when I am in the salon. If there were more than five stars I would put them !!
